City of Hobart announces 35th Annual Lakefront Festival

The City of Hobart will host the 35th Annual Lakefront Festival from Thursday, June 4 through Sunday, June 7 at Festival Park, located along the Lake George waterfront.
The annual community tradition will feature four days of live entertainment, food and craft vendors, a Kid’s Zone, family activities, and beer garden experiences throughout the weekend, culminating Sunday with the Dam Duck Race and Duck Tape & Cardboard Regatta.
Festival activities begin Thursday evening with food and craft vendors open from 5 p.m. to 9 p.m., the Beer Garden from 5 p.m. to 10 p.m., and the Kid’s Zone from 5 p.m. to 8 p.m. Entertainment includes Derek Caruso & the Blues Fuse at 5 p.m. followed by Together at 7:30 p.m.
Friday’s schedule includes vendors from 5 p.m. to 10 p.m., the Beer Garden from 5 p.m. to 11:30 p.m., and the Kid’s Zone from 5 p.m. to 8 p.m. Musical performances include Free Joel at 5 p.m. and Party Foul at 7:30 p.m.
Saturday festivities begin at 12 p.m. with vendors open until 10 p.m., the Beer Garden until 11:30 p.m., and the Kid’s Zone until 8 p.m. Entertainment throughout the day includes the Geddy Trezak Band at noon, The Crawpuppies at 2:30 p.m., Stealin the Farm at 5 p.m., and Yankee Cowboy Band at 8 p.m.
Sunday activities continue from noon through the evening with vendors and the Beer Garden open until 9 p.m. and the Kid’s Zone until 8 p.m. Featured events include the Dam Duck Race at 3 p.m. and the Duck Tape & Cardboard Regatta at 4 p.m. Live entertainment includes BoogieSquatch at noon, Funky Mojo Daddy at 2:30 p.m., Sidewalk City Stompers at 2:30 p.m. and 4:30 p.m., and nawty at 6 p.m.
