Goodwill’s Veteran’s Resource Network connects service members, veterans, their families and their caregivers to community resources that provide essential support to homeless, at-risk, and unemployed veterans. Events offer food, clothing, medical care, mental health resources, job counseling, and more, ensuring that those who have served receive the help they deserve.
“Through the generosity of our community – including those who shop at and donate to Goodwill – we can continue to empower veterans with critical resources to build brighter futures. We are thrilled to host six Stand Downs again this year, to connect more veterans and their families with the support they need,” said Jill Powers, manager of Goodwill’s Veterans Resource Network.
