Tri‑Township Schools is stepping confidently into a new chapter for its Lady Tiger basketball program, announcing a revitalized coaching staff committed to building athletes, strengthening character, and elevating the program’s competitive future. Head Coach Will Pryor, Assistant Coach Jayde Pryor, and Volunteer Coach Abby Tomblin bring a unified vision rooted in hard work, accountability, and unwavering Tiger pride.
“The Lady Tigers will be known for discipline, teamwork, and relentless effort,” said Head Coach Will Pryor. “That’s the standard we’re setting from day one.”
Their arrival signals more than a staffing change—it marks the beginning of a culture shift designed to shape players on and off the court.
Head Coach Will Pryor steps into the role with a clear mission: develop athletes who excel in competition and grow as leaders. His coaching philosophy centers on discipline, communication, and building trust—cornerstones he believes are essential for long‑term success.

Assistant Coach Jayde Pryor adds energy and strategic insight, focusing on player development and team cohesion. Volunteer Coach Abby Tomblin rounds out the staff with a passion for mentorship and a commitment to helping young athletes find confidence in their abilities.
Together, they aim to create an environment where every player feels supported, challenged, and inspired.
The new staff emphasizes a holistic approach to athletic growth. Their program is designed to strengthen fundamentals, sharpen basketball IQ, and cultivate resilience. But just as importantly, they are focused on shaping character—preparing athletes to succeed in school, in competition, and in life.
“Unity is at the heart of the Lady Tiger program’s new direction. We are committed to fostering trust, communication, and shared responsibility,” added Assistant Coach Jayde Pryor. “Our goal is to build a team that plays with purpose, supports one another, and understands that success is achieved together.”
High standards will define the Lady Tigers’ daily work. From conditioning to game preparation, the coaching staff is setting expectations that push athletes to reach their full potential. Excellence, they say, is not a moment—it’s a habit.
“Beyond wins and losses, the Lady Tiger program aims to prepare students for life’s challenges,” added Coach Tomblin.
Leadership development, accountability, and personal growth are elements that will be woven into practices and team meetings. Additionally, the coaches hope to empower athletes to become confident leaders in their school and community.
Tri-Township Schools Superintendent Dr. Paige McNulty expressed her excitement about the new coaching trio.
“We welcome this dedicated coaching staff with enthusiasm and optimism,” said McNulty. “Their vision promises a program built on integrity, teamwork, and relentless effort—one that reflects the spirit of the Tiger Family.”
As the Lady Tigers gear up for the season ahead, one message rings clear: Let’s get to work.
