Katrina Martin is a product specialist in the sales department who works every day by this blueprint.

Originally from Texas, Martin spent many years in retail management prior to transitioning into an automotive career. She was able to learn a lot of skills from this experience that she has been able to apply today.

“Retail taught me the importance of customer experience, team leadership, and staying calm in fast-paced environments,” Martin said. “I managed high-volume stores, coached my sales team, and focused heavily on relationship-building. Over time, I realized I loved helping people make big purchasing decisions, which naturally led me into the automotive space and joining the team at Sweis INFINITI.”

Martin has been with Sweis INFINITI for 2 ½ years. In her time with the team, she has felt supported by every department and has grown to love the culture and growth of the company.

“This team here has been incredibly welcoming and collaborative,” Martin said. “What stands out is that people genuinely want others to succeed. It keeps us busy in a good way.”

One of the best parts for Martin being with Sweis INFINITI has been the company’s commitment to working with partner organizations to support the community.

“Community involvement is a big part of who we are,” Martin said. “When we partner with local  organizations and give back, it builds genuine trust and connection beyond just selling

When it comes to her favorite part of the customer experience, assisting each individual to find the best-suited product and having a vibrant team to spend every day with is what gives her the most fulfillment.

“My favorite part is definitely the people – both customers and coworkers. I love helping someone find the perfect vehicle and seeing that excitement when they drive off. On the team side, I enjoy the energy of the showroom and the relationships we’ve built. No two days are exactly the same, which keeps it fun.”

Outside of work, Martin balances her personal life with good food, family time, and staying active when she can. As a Texas native, she still loves the southern lifestyle. She loves getting out when the weather is nice, being around her loved ones, and recharging so she can bring her best energy back to the dealership every day.
