Frontline is a Certified Addiction Services Outpatient Treatment Provider.
Our Mission is to serve as a source of hope to young men and women ages 18-38 suffering from alcohol and drug abuse while also providing an effective treatment and recovery support system.
Frontline is a certified 501 (C) 3 organization offering substance abuse treatment services such as clinical intake assessment and evaluation, age-specific peer-to-peer groups sessions and individual treatment facilitated by certified substance abuse counselors and program coordinators.
In addition, we offer vital support via Relapse Prevention and Life Recovery group meetings and Art and Music Recovery groups to provide a creative resource to our clients moving into Recovery. Additionally, Frontline offers Family Group to anyone in the community who has a loved one struggling with substance abuse.
Frontline has since centralized Porter County locations and reached out to provide treatment for LaPorte County with an office location in LaPorte, Indiana. Today, Frontline offers treatment from Chesterton and LaPorte office locations.
Frontline consists of a unique two-fold format that incorporates the clinical aspects of abuse and addiction as well as non-denominational faith-based principles addressing the spiritual aspects of healing and recovery.
