Join us for Positioning & Play!, an informative and engaging class designed for parents of babies from birth to 6 months. This class will be presented by Jessica Sharp, MPT, a physical therapist with Kidworks, LLC.
Jessica will guide parents through early gross motor development and what to expect as babies begin exploring their world through movement and play. Learn practical, play-based strategies you can use at home to support your baby’s development.
Topics include:
• Developing head control
• Encouraging hand-eye coordination
• Understanding arm and leg movements
• Making tummy time fun
• Rolling development
• Symmetry in movement and play
• Maximizing floor play to support motor development
The therapist will be available for questions and discussion.
Please bring a small blanket for your baby.
Class size is limited.
Classes are offered monthly and cover a wide range of age-appropriate topics.
