Parkview Health ranked No. 3 among 2026 Most Loved Workplaces

Only Indiana hospital system recognized

Parkview Health was ranked No. 3 overall in the 2026 Most Loved Workplaces list compiled by the Best Practice Institute and published by Wall Street Journal.

It’s the fourth consecutive year Parkview has made the national Most Loved list. Parkview previously ranked No. 5 in 2025, No. 7 in 2024 and No. 87 in 2023. Parkview was one of only three Indiana companies to make this year’s list and the only hospital system in the state to be recognized.

“We are extremely proud to once again be named among the top workplaces in the country for our commitment to our workplace culture and our co-workers’ well-being,” said Dena Jacquay, chief administrative officer, Parkview Health. “Parkview has continued to build its culture around the feedback we receive directly from our co-workers.  And, as we continue to grow, we’re building the support that our 20,000+ co-workers need to be at their best for our patients every day.”

The Best Practice Institute’s research uses the proprietary Love of Workplace Index® to assess employees’ emotional connection to their organization. The underlying SPARK model examines collaboration, a positive vision for the future, alignment of values, respect, and achievement. Employee feedback provides evidence of how those qualities are experienced at work.

Parkview has built a people-first culture powered by the feedback of its workforce. Parkview co-workers receive numerous benefits and perks, including a quarterly Lifestyle Benefit stipend that reimburses personal purchases of their choosing; support for childcare via programs including matching funds for childcare expenses, participation in a Tri-Share+ plus that splits the cost of care three ways for eligible families, and Backup Childcare agreements to cover care in unexpected situations; 16 hours of Volunteer Time Off; tuition support for further education and certifications; flexible pay options; free admission to seasonal community events; revitalization workshops and 24/7 access to counseling services; an in-house MyWell-Being department supporting the physical and mental health of co-workers and more. Feedback collected from co-workers via multiple channels has led directly to more than two dozen new or expanded benefits over the last several years.

Parkview has been frequently recognized for its workplace culture. The health system earned its first recertification as a Great Place to Work this year; was named a Forbes Best-in-State Employer for five consecutive years; was selected as the No. 1 nonprofit, No. 8 overall Inspiring Place to Work in North America in 2026 and was listed among their Top 100 globally; and has been ranked as one of America’s best employers for healthcare professionals by Newsweek, Forbes and Fortune.

“Parkview’s commitment to its co-workers has allowed us to build a team of skilled, dedicated, engaged professionals who give their best for the patients they serve,” said Dr. Ray Dusman, president, physician and clinical enterprise, Parkview Health. “With a team of more than 20,000 individuals across Indiana and northwest Ohio, Parkview’s culture ensures that our teams are empowered to deliver the same high-quality care and excellent patient experience.”
