NITCO receives high praise from the community in Google review rating system

Local communication services provider NITCO is highly appreciated by community members. Amongst other things, this is evident from the company’s Google review ratings, which continue to grow in number and rating submitted.
“As a provider, we know customers rely on reviews when choosing a service,” said Tom Carroll, NITCO’s senior vice president of sales and marketing. “Our goal is to share clear insights and real customer experiences so our community can feel confident choosing NITCO services.”
Over the past several months, NITCO has received over 150 new reviews. These additional reviews increased the average rank between the NITCO offices to four stars with the Hebron office average Google rating increasing from 3.6 to 4.2 and the Rensselaer office increasing from 2.9 to 3.8.
“Across both offices we’ve seen our clients become more engaged with our Google reviews,” said Carroll. “The Google reviews submitted for both the Hebron office and the Rensselaer office nearly doubled. The community wants to share their feedback and that feedback is overall very, very positive.”
Adrian Brown is a community member who just added NITCO as their wireless service provider at a local Wendy’s and immediately noticed the NITCO difference in both the internet service itself and in customer service.
“As a new customer with NITCO, installing fiber internet at our new Wendy’s in DeMotte was a fantastic experience,” he wrote in a recent Google review of his experience. “The crew showed up when they said they would, and the install went smoothly. NITCO was fantastic throughout the site survey and setup and made sure everything was done right.”
Customer Kaden Bitler had a similar experience when he worked with NITCO recently to secure the internet in a domestic scenario.
“I wasn’t sure about leaving a review, but the more I think about it, the more impressed I am with the customer service,” he said. “I recently had service set up for my elderly mother, and the technician was incredibly respectful. He took the time to explain everything to her, which meant a lot.”
NITCO’s customer service was highlighted in another recent Google review from a customer who was looking to change their provider.
“The customer support here is outstanding,” said Laural Whisenant. “When I reached out about switching internet providers, Laura was quick to respond, knowledgeable, and genuinely delightful. She went above and beyond to make the entire experience stress-free.”
Local business Benelli’s Pizzeria also relies on NITCO wireless internet for their operations.
“We want to thank NITCO for the quality phone service they provide for Benelli’s Pizzeria,” said Ryan Charnetzky of the pizzeria’s team. “Consistency and reliability are everything for us, and their service has never let us down. Also, shoutout to Trisha—she’s always responsive, helpful, and makes sure we’re taken care of whenever we need anything.”
Many customers are leaving reviews praising NITCO for their work in urgent situations too.
“After losing internet service due to severe weather, NITCO responded quickly and got everything back up and running,” said Tonya Shelton. “The technician was friendly, helpful, and made sure all of my devices were connected. I couldn’t have asked for better service.”
Lori O’Malley is a longtime NITCO local customer who has been impressed with the work they have done for her.
“I’ve been with NITCO for years,” said O’Malley. “Recently, I called about a suspicious email, and Jennifer handled everything quickly and professionally. She even brought in Toni for additional support.”
