Mno-Bmadsen Names Anthony E. Kramer Chief Operating Officer of its Manufacturing Portfolio

Mno-Bmadsen, the non-gaming investment enterprise of the Pokagon Band of Potawatomi Indians of Michigan and Indiana, is pleased to announce the appointment of Anthony E. Kramer as Chief Operating Officer of its manufacturing portfolio.  Mr. Kramer brings more than two decades of manufacturing, commercial, and executive leadership experience and will begin his new role on August 31, 2026.

The appointment of Anthony Kramer comes at an important time for Mno-Bmadsen’s manufacturing business.  Last month, Mno-Bmadsen completed the planned acquisition of the remaining 46 percent ownership interest in Mno-DREK, LLC making Mno-Bmadsen the sole owner of the manufacturing holding company which includes Enmark Tool & Gage in Fraser, Michigan; Michiana Global Mold in Mishawaka, Indiana; and Walerko Tool & Engineering in Elkhart, Indiana.  Mr. Kramer will provide strategic and operational leadership as Mno-Bmadsen continues its next phase to strengthen and grow its manufacturing portfolio.

Prior to joining Mno-Bmadsen, Mr. Kramer served as Vice President of Commercial for Creative Liquid Coatings, where he built the company’s sales and commercial team, identified new market opportunities, and developed significant new business with original equipment manufacturers.

Previously, Mr. Kramer also held executive leadership roles with Cascade Engineering and CK Technologies, including serving as President and Chief Operating Officer.  During his career, he has led teams across multiple manufacturing facilities, managed major customer relationships, supported business acquisitions and integrations, launched new OEM programs, and developed strategies to expand revenue and market opportunities.

Commenting on the appointment, Julio Martinez, CEO of Mno-Bmadsen said, “Tony brings a unique combination of manufacturing knowledge, commercial leadership and experience growing businesses.  As we look toward the next phase of our manufacturing portfolio, we need leaders who understand both the operational side of manufacturing and the opportunities available in the marketplace.  Tony’s experience will help us build on the strong foundation that already exists while identifying new opportunities for growth.”

Mr. Kramer said his leadership approach begins with understanding the people who make the business successful.

“The biggest lesson that my career has taught me is that you have to be a servant leader. You have to understand the pulse of the organization; you have to understand the activities and the feelings of the individuals on the floor,” said Kramer.

As COO, Kramer will work closely with the leadership and employees of Mno-Bmadsen’s manufacturing businesses to strengthen operations, support customer relationships, identify new markets and pursue opportunities for sustainable and profitable growth.  His background in both operations and commercial strategy will support Mno-Bmadsen as it evaluates opportunities to expand its customer base and enter new markets.

“Within my first year, I want to accomplish scaling up each one of the businesses under the Mno-Bmadsen manufacturing portfolio to make sure that we’re prepared for a future state and profitable growth,” said Kramer.

Among the opportunities being explored is potential participation in the U.S. Small Business Administration’s 8(a) Business Development Program, which could provide eligible companies with additional opportunities to compete for federal contracts.

“Mno-Bmadsen has taken a long-term approach to building our manufacturing business,” added Martinez.  “Tony’s leadership is an important part of that next chapter.  We are excited about what we can accomplish together and the opportunities this portfolio can create for the future.”
