Crown Point High School welcomes Chris Seibert, Alison Duncan to Athletic Admin

With Bill Dorulla’s upcoming retirement, we are excited to announce Chris Seibert as our next CPHS Athletic Director and Alison Duncan as our next CPHS Assistant Athletic Director. Both will begin in these new roles on July 1.

Mr. Seibert has an impressive record of leading successful athletic programs, including a state championship team in 2021, but even more importantly, he is committed to developing students as responsible, caring leaders with a focus on physical and mental well-being. His belief that athletics should support a larger school purpose, including academic achievement and positive school culture reflects the values we want all students to experience at CPHS.

Mrs. Duncan’s passion and experience will likewise contribute to continued success in our athletic department. As a coach, she has led teams to multiple regional, semi-state, and state appearances and has more than 500 career coaching wins. Most importantly, she is known for building positive relationships with students and helping them grow in confidence and character both on and off the court.

Together, Mr. Seibert and Mrs. Duncan will lead an athletic department that fosters strong partnerships with families and community, and supports student success beyond athletic performance alone. Their leadership will continue building an environment where students feel connected and encouraged to contribute to their school and community.

We are excited for what lies ahead and grateful for these leaders who invest in our students and community each day.
