Centier Bank, Indiana’s largest private, family-owned and operated bank, announces that Joe DiNicolantonio has been promoted to Chief Banking Officer, as part of the Executive Leadership Team. In this expanded role, DiNicolantonio will continue to spearhead initiatives that will continue to enhance customer experience and drive sustainable growth. His leadership will now encompass all lines of business and sales teams.
DiNicolantonio joined Centier Bank in March 2024 with more than 20 years of experience in developing and implementing comprehensive business strategies, driving innovation, and fostering high-performing teams. Throughout his career with financial institutions such as Simmons Bank and Regions Bank, he demonstrated a passion for cultivating winning teams and driving results.
“It is a very exciting time at Centier, as the bank is doubling down on its commitment to provide the most remarkable experiences for our clients,” said DiNicolantonio. “In my expanded role, I have the privilege of leading each of the lines of business, allowing me to work with an even greater array of talented and servant-heart minded associates. I have seen first-hand how our hospitality-focused approach to banking comes to life in everyday interactions with clients. It is truly second to none.”
DiNicolantonio’s played a central role in Centier Bank’s rapid growth in 2024, when Centier opened or expanded five branches, including its first in Hendricks County. Since then, the Greater Indianapolis market has grown to 11 total offices, with the recent opening of branches in both Greenwood and Franklin in 2026. The Centier branch located in Westfield will relocate to a new construction branch later this summer. And Fort Wayne and Lafayette also saw new branches unveiled over the past 12 months, where Centier Bank also added its name to Lafayette’s skyline by naming the building at 201 Main Street the Centier Tower.
“Joe’s leadership within Centier Bank continues to impress,” said Chris Campbell, Centier Bank’s President. “Over the past two years, he has brought smart, strategic ideas and innovation to our organization, all while continuing to build really strong teams across all of our lines of business.”
