BOYS FOOTBALL Wheeler VS. River Forest 2025

The River Forest Ingots traveled to face then unbeaten Wheeler Bearcats on the cold gridiron Friday night. Bearcat junior Conner Welch came to this game hungry to score with a touchdown reception late in the second quarter, followed by a pick six on the very next series, and another score in the third quarter with a scoop and score on an Ingot fumble. Wheeler junior quarterback Logan Fox had great command of the strong Bearcat offense, scoring on a keeper, and perfect touchdown pass. The ingots struggled to find the endzone. Final score 49-0. Wheeler stays undefeated after putting up 52, 33, and 49 points to start the 2025 football season. They face the 1-2 Bishop Noll team in Hammond next Friday.
