Lake Central sped away against Munster in the IHSAA sectional semifinals with a last minute clutch buzzer beater by LC senior guard Cooper Kroncke! Kroncke was later swarmed by ecstatic Lake Central fans, players, family, and cheerleaders! LC will play against Crown Point tomorrow night at 6PM for the IHSAA sectional championship!

“The whole time, I was like “Give me the ball” because I said they were half court. I’m like, “Give me the ball, I’m making it.” So then when I shot it, I said, “Oh that’s close that’s close! Then it went and I just went crazy. It was awesome! I blacked out a little bit, I just felt a rush of people on me and I thought, “Oh my gosh, this is crazy, it was awesome!” The family’s been great, they’re always supporting me every game.
