“I feel so accomplished especially because we made history (HHS Cheer and Dance conference championships). As a captain, I feel like we’ve done the right thing. I love growing with my team and I feel like this is such a huge improvement for us. I’m just so ready for us to take it further! This definitely shows that we’re here and win everything. I know a lot of people look down on us but this really proves them wrong and we just love our community. I strive to do it all for him. Do it all for God and put it all in front.” -Jorian Chopps (Hebron HS Cheer and Dance)
“So I’m really ready. Our first game is Tri-Township next Wednesday so I’m ready. I think I’ve been playing better and just focusing on hustling hard, boxing out thing like that. It translates to team play. We’re all bonding and being more team players and that’s what we all strive to be. That’s how we win basketball games…and we’re just an unselfish basketball team. That’s what’s going to carry us far”…”Obviously we can’t overlook it but just be a team, and communicate. We started the season a little slow but we’re starting to get together, look for each other and just play harder defense with rebounding. Then we’re guessing we play Washington and that’s going to be a fight so we can’t overlook anybody, just be ready for preparation and just keep being prepared.” -Nate Bakota and Vaughn Rael-Kludt (Marquette Catholic)
