To obtain your Broker's license in Indiana, you must be at least 18 years of age. Completion of 90 hours of classroom instruction and a minimum score of 225 points out of 300 on 3 mandatory exams is also required. This must be successfully completed to become eligible to take the state examination. Once the state exam is passed, you may obtain your real estate Broker's license.
