Purdue Federal welcomes Chris Sibila as Chief Strategy & Experience Officer

Purdue Federal Credit Union (Purdue Federal) is proud to announce the hiring of Chris Sibila as Chief Strategy and Experience Officer (CSXO). In this newly established executive role, Chris will help strengthen the connection between Purdue Federal’s strategic vision and the experiences delivered every day to members and employees.

Chris brings more than 30 years of experience in the financial services industry, with a proven track record of connecting strategy, innovation, operations and member experience to achieve organizational goals. Throughout his career, he has successfully led strategic initiatives that strengthened performance, improved operational effectiveness and enhanced the member experience.

Prior to joining Purdue Federal, Chris served as senior vice president and chief information officer at Financial Center First Credit Union, where he led technology, operations, payments and project management functions while advancing digital capabilities and member experience initiatives. Throughout his career, he has held leadership positions spanning strategy, technology, retail, sales, payments, operations and member experience, giving him a unique perspective on translating organizational strategy into measurable results.

As Chief Strategy and Experience Officer, Chris will help align Purdue Federal’s strategic goals with the experiences it delivers every day. His leadership will support the credit union’s commitment to innovation, operational excellence and helping every member thrive as their trusted financial partner for life.
