Portage Fire Department Halloween Safety Glow Necklaces

The Portage Fire Department with help from Porter Regional and Firefighters Local 3151 will be passing out 3,600 glow necklaces on Halloween in effort to keep children safe. Necklaces will be distributed only from clearly marked fire engines and ambulances.
