Michiana Humane Society: #GivingTuesday 2016

On November 29, we’re joining the national day of generosity, #GivingTuesday. It’s a day when you can make a big impact on the Michiana Humane Society and the hundreds of dogs, cats and critters that come into our care.

With your help, we can transform these animals like we did Earl, the dog in the photo. He arrived at MHS in horrible condition, lonely and scared. We had him shaved and bathed, treated him kindly and a week later he joined a wonderful family. Forever.

How can you be part of our work? Here are a few ideas.

• Consider making a #GivingTuesday donation – choose one-time or commit to a monthly gift to extend your generosity through the year.
• Share the word on Facebook or Twitter using @MichianaHumane and #GivingTuesday. Include photos of your own pets in their happy homes!
• Visit our Instagram page for lots of great photos.
• Do something kind for your own pet.
