Larson-Danielson Construction and the Multi Agency Academic Cooperative (MAAC) Foundation have a long-standing and trusted relationship. The MAAC Foundation – which provides training for firefighters, emergency medical service, and police – has partnered with Larson-Danielson Construction to build most of its campus.
“We tend to do design-build projects and have done multiple for MAAC,” said Robin Witte from Facet Architecture, a division of Larson-Danielson Construction. “Larson-Danielson has a long history with MAAC dating back decades and we really value it. I’ve loved working on many of these projects.”
Past projects for the MAAC Foundation have included the Apparatus Bay with additions, the SWAT building, the residential training village, and a training building. Most recently, Facet Architecture designed and Larson-Danielson is currently constructing MAAC’s new HQ and Kathryn Hall building.

“Having the opportunity to work with MAAC on multiple projects with the same team has allowed us to develop a strong understanding of their needs and priorities,” said Larson-Danielson Construction Vice President Jeff Jensen. “As MAAC has continued to grow and expand its operations – which has been incredible to witness and a privilege to be part of – we’ve gained valuable insight into how their needs evolve over time, and we’re able to carry what we have learned into each of their new projects.”
The MAAC Foundation very much values Larson-Danielson Construction.
“On behalf of the MAAC Foundation, we are incredibly grateful to be partnering once again with Larson-Danielson Construction on our new headquarters project,” said MAAC Foundation CEO Nicole Gladstone.
In particular, the MAAC Foundation has a very special relationship with the members of Larson-Danielson Construction’s team that have worked so closely on the projects. This includes Jensen and Witte.
“We’ve worked with Robin, Jeff, and their team on several of our expansion initiatives, and they truly understand our mission and vision,” Gladstone said. “They don’t just design buildings and oversee projects; they get what we do on campus and the unique needs of first responders who train here. Their professionalism, creativity, and commitment to excellence make them amazing partners to work with, and we are excited to continue building the future of MAAC together.”
As the MAAC Foundation and Larson-Danielson Construction continue to collaborate, their relationship rooted in key communication strategy will be at the very core of their work. This works to also foster trust.

“Through this ongoing collaboration, we’ve built a strong relationship with the MAAC team and established an open line of communication,” Jensen said. “This enables us to freely share ideas and address concerns proactively as everyone works together to ensure the projects move forward successfully.”
Ultimately the partnership between Larson-Danielson Construction and the MAAC Foundation allows both organizations to make a greater impact in the community. Together, they are not only building infrastructure, but also creating facilities dedicated to training first responders who help keep the community safe. This collaboration reflects a shared commitment to building a stronger, safer community for years to come.
