La Porte High School Winter Color Guard places 1st in the Scholastic Open Class at the Midwest Color Guard Circuit

The La Porte High School Winter Color Guard placed 1st in the Scholastic Open Class at the Midwest Color Guard Circuit (MWCGC) Contest at Lake Park High School in Roselle, IL, on March 9. Complete class results were as follows:

1. La Porte – 80.7
2. Lake Central – 66.0

On March 17 the guard will perform at the MWCGC contest at Thornton Fractional South High School in Lansing, IL. La Porte High School will host the MWCGC Championships March 30 and 31. Complete information regarding all MWCGC contests is available at www.midwestcolorguard.com.
