Horizon Goes R.E.D. to Honor Deployed Service Members

Horizon advisors wore red on Friday, May 8, in recognition of R.E.D. Friday, which stands for “Remember Everyone Deployed.” The nationwide initiative encourages people to wear red each Friday as a visible show of support for deployed service members and their families.

Employees across Horizon locations participated by wearing red throughout the day to honor those currently serving overseas and to recognize the sacrifices made by military members and their loved ones.

“At Horizon, we are proud to show our support for the men and women serving our country,” said Kathi Tilling, AVP, Human Resources Officer. “Participating in R.E.D. Friday is a simple but meaningful way for our company to come together and remember those who are deployed.”
