Home Builders Association of Northwest Indiana Announces 2026 Fall Parade of Homes Set to Take Place in Valparaiso’s Stonebridge Subdivision

The Home Builders Association of Northwest Indiana (HBANWI) is proud to announce the 2026 Fall Parade of Homes, taking place September 18–27, 2026, in the prestigious Stonebridge community in Valparaiso. This highly anticipated event will showcase seven high-end custom homes all with a unique approach, situated on large country lots. The HBAWNI Fall Parade of Homes will offer the public an exclusive opportunity to experience the latest in luxury home design, craftsmanship, innovation, and livability.

Participating builders include:

  • Bruce Built Construction, Inc.
  • Crusader Homes
  • Davis Homes
  • Harvey Custom Homes
  • Hendren Custom Homes
  • Steiner Homes
  • Summit Homebuilders

Unlike recent scattered-site parades, this year’s Fall Parade of Homes returns to a true single-site experience, allowing visitors to conveniently tour all seven homes within one beautiful community. The event is made possible through the support of Developer Sponsor Stonebridge, Leading Event Sponsor Schillings, and Exclusive Vehicle Sponsor Pharr Nissan of Chesterton, along with numerous industry partners and sponsors committed to advancing the homebuilding industry throughout Northwest Indiana.

“We are thrilled to have so many incredible partners, sponsors, builders, and industry professionals at the table helping bring this experience to life,” said Jennifer Young, Executive Officer of the Home Builders Association of Northwest Indiana. “This Parade of Homes offers a unique opportunity for the public to experience the very best of Northwest Indiana’s homebuilding industry while enjoying a family-friendly atmosphere unlike anything we’ve hosted in recent years.”

The homes will be open throughout the 10-day Parade, giving guests plenty of flexibility to tour at their convenience while experiencing the latest trends, technologies and design concepts shaping today’s luxury housing market.

Throughout the Parade, Fridays through Sundays will feature Family Festival Days, with food trucks available all day, plus a Beer Garden and live entertainment from 4:00–6:00 p.m. The festival atmosphere will create a welcoming environment where visitors can spend the day exploring luxury homes while enjoying an experience designed for the entire family.

Parade hours are noon to 8 p.m. Monday through Thursday, with the final tour ticket sold at 7 p.m., and 10 a.m. to 7 p.m. Friday through Sunday, with the final tour ticket sold at 6 p.m.

Admission is $10 for individuals or $20 for families. Veterans, seniors and children will receive free admission for the duration of the Parade of Homes, and Monday through Thursday admission is half price.

The Parade experience will extend beyond the homes themselves, with vendor showcases located in each home’s garage, giving attendees an opportunity to meet some of the industry partners who helped bring these extraordinary homes to life. Special Realtor-Builder Caravans and contractor tours will also take place during the Parade, creating additional opportunities for real estate professionals, builders and industry partners to connect, collaborate and experience the homes.

Proceeds from the Fall Parade of Homes will benefit Habitat for Humanity of Porter County and Habitat for Humanity of Northwest Indiana, while also helping provide immediate relief to Porter County residents impacted by the August derecho storms across the Region.

Whether building custom homes, workforce housing, or creating pathways to homeownership, both organizations share a common mission of building stronger communities one home and one family at a time.

Mike Tezak, developer of Stonebridge and HBANWI Board Member, shared:

“Stonebridge was designed to be a community where families can put down roots, build memories, and enjoy an exceptional quality of life. Hosting the Fall Parade of Homes here is an incredible opportunity to showcase not only the craftsmanship of Northwest Indiana’s finest builders, but also the vision and investment that have gone into creating this special place. We are honored to welcome visitors from across the region and give them a firsthand look at what makes Stonebridge such a remarkable community.”

Josh Blackburn, owner of Blackburn Builders, Fall Parade of Homes Chairman and Vice President of HBANWI, added:

“What makes this year’s Parade especially exciting is the return to a true single-site experience. Visitors will be able to park once and tour seven extraordinary homes built by seven outstanding builders, all within one beautiful neighborhood. Combined with the Family Festival Days, vendor showcases, and networking opportunities throughout the event, this Parade will be unlike anything we’ve hosted in quite some time. It truly celebrates the craftsmanship, innovation, and collaboration that define Northwest Indiana’s homebuilding industry.”
