Summer is here, school is out and sports are in session! Make sure your kids are ready by getting their physicals! All year-long, NorthShore Health Centers offers Sports Physicals for the uninsured and underinsured for $25! Medicaid patients are fully covered, with no co-pay required. For those on other qualifying medical plans, out of pocket expenses will not exceed $25, including co-pay!
