Community Healthcare System to Host 2015 Hearts of Hope on February 11th
Donors and honorees are invited to the Hearts of Hope Tree Lighting Ceremony on Feb. 11 at 6 p.m. West Patient Tower Lobby 1500 S. Lake Park Ave. Hobart.
For a $5 donation, honor a special person in your life with a gift that will help fund vitally needed trials and studies for heart disease, right here, close to home.
For a $15 donation send your honoree a striking Hearts of Hope lapel pin!
Honorees receive a card informing them that a donation has been made in their name, or in memory of someone who fills our hearts with love and joy. Donation forms or online donations are available by visiting www.comhs.org/HeartsofHope.
All funds by this program support Community Healthcare System Cardiovascular Research.
