CertaPro Painters of Northwest Indiana Google reviews back up claims of excellence

CertaPro Painters of Northwest Indiana has been operating in the Region for almost a decade, and in that time the business has formed a strong, trusting relationship with its clients. This is evidenced by the fact that CertaPro recently surpassed 780 Google reviews with an overall rating of 4.8/5.

“It’s surreal to be blessed with customers who take time out of their day to leave a review,” said CertaPro President and Owner John Jordan. “Sometimes, as a customer myself, it’s hard to take the time to leave a review on everything, so I certainly feel really proud of my team for putting us in position to earn customer reviews.”

Of the almost 800 reviews, the overwhelming majority left by customers are five stars. Jordan is confident that the reason so many customers are willing to leave reviews and give such praise is because of the competency of his team and the close working relationship they maintain with their clients.

“We work in an industry in which service, at times, can be spotty,” Jordan said. “We are working with customers performing interior and exterior painting when a home, generally speaking, is the largest asset or investment that people have. People are trusting us to help them beautify their home, and when you give them a really good experience, they take the time to go out of the way to leave a very positive review.”

CertaPro’s team does everything from helping protect homes from weather to drywall repairs to making a home feel fresh and new. The good reviews left by satisfied customers have helped the business gain credibility and expand to new clients.

“It gives our company a little bit more credibility when you see the volume of reviews we have,” Jordan said. “We’re a people-led business, so we can be very human and make mistakes, but we learn from them and we try to make them right. Being human is really good for building a relationship with the people in your community. I certainly think that it adds value to customers’ decision-making processes when they can go online and get the comfort of knowing that we have that many reviews.”

Jordan’s team is a big part of making customers leave reviews and continue to work with CertaPro on future projects. Being people-focused, the connections customers form with the office staff and the quality of work by CertaPro’s field staff is a big motivator in getting customers to leave glowing reviews.
