Berglund Construction Promotes Josh Schoon to Director, Indiana Region

Berglund Construction is pleased to announce the promotion of Josh Schoon to Director, Indiana Region.

Since joining Berglund, Josh has played a key role in expanding our presence across Northern Indiana. He’s helped lead impactful projects for organizations like the Boys & Girls Club, Crossroads YMCA, and Valparaiso Parks. And he’s built a reputation for thoughtful leadership, technical expertise, and trusted client service.

In this role, Josh will be a key partner to clients early in the construction process, identifying where Berglund can add value to high-impact projects. He’ll continue to guide efforts from initial concept through preconstruction and into execution, working closely with clients and our internal teams to ensure a seamless experience.

Josh’s leadership extends beyond the jobsite. He was recently appointed to the board of directors for the Boys & Girls Club of Greater Northwest Indiana and was honored with the Emerging Leadership Award from the Valparaiso Chamber of Commerce.
