Bailly Elementary Super BUGs of 2015 Honored

Bailly Elementary School third grade students participated in the Kiwanis sponsored BUG (Bring Up Grades) program. The BUG program is designed to provide recognition to students who raise their grades to an acceptable range, and maintain or continue to raise them from one grading period to the next. Students chosen as Super BUGs based on their improvement and acceleration from each of the four classrooms pictured with participating Kiwanis members are, front row, left to right, Jon Winey, Ayla Johnson, Amilcar Lemus, Lutrell Kirk, Cisco Wilson, Mason Castro, Aubrey Capehart and Phil Burke. Back row, Scott Ness, Tom Smith, Meghan Mahan, Sarah Bennett, Mike Schwab, Nick Van Wagner, Mason Jackson-Solomon, Varya Rahoizha, Greg Bacbock and Kathy Harris. A pizza party was given to the students for their improvement. Teachers awarded the Super BUGs with achievement certificates.
