Associated Pediatricians is hiring a Medical Assistant to join our Valparaiso team!

We are looking for a dependable, compassionate, and motivated Medical Assistant who enjoys working with children and families and thrives in a busy pediatric environment.

Responsibilities may include rooming patients, obtaining vitals and medical histories, assisting providers with patient care, administering vaccines and medications as appropriate, performing in-office testing, documenting accurately in the medical record, and helping keep the clinical area running smoothly throughout the day.

Completion of an accredited Medical Assistant program is required. Successful completion of the CMA exam and current CMA certification are preferred. Previous medical office experience, especially in pediatrics, is also preferred.

We are looking for someone who is organized, reliable, able to work well as part of a team, and committed to providing excellent care and a positive experience for our patients and their families.

This position is for our Valparaiso location.
