Adolescent Residential Behavioral Health Services

With school back in session throughout much of our service area, we recognize that many adolescents are experiencing increased behavioral health needs. For young people facing more persistent concerns such as depression, anxiety, self-harm tendencies, and related challenges, we are here to help.
Our secure residential treatment program in northwest Indiana serves girls ages 10–18 and boys ages 12–18. We provide immersive Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT), an approach that has been effective for many adolescents who have participated in other forms of treatment without experiencing meaningful improvement.
During their stay, residents participate in:
Daily group therapy
Weekly individual and family therapy
Guided Parent Skills Coaching each weekend
An accredited on-site school
Recreational opportunities throughout the program
We accept most major commercial insurance plans, Indiana Medicaid, and OhioRISE, the State of Ohio’s Medicaid program developed specifically for youth.
