La Porte Parks and Recreation Department offers summer pickleball leagues at Bill Reed Tennis Complex

Pickleball leagues are coming to the Bill Reed Tennis Complex in Kesling Park this summer! The La Porte Park and Recreation Department is offering two ladder leagues beginning on Wednesday, May 27 and Thursday, May 28.

Our individual ladder six-week league will meet on Wednesday evenings at 6:00 PM. This individual ladder format is great for meeting new people! Weekly matchups are made and are different each week depending on your position on the league ladder. Good performances move you up the ladder, not-so-good performances move you down the ladder. This means you will be playing competition similar to your skill level after a week or two. Whoever is on top of the ladder at the end of the season is the winner!

Grab your partner! We are also offering a team ladder league on Thursdays at 6:00 PM. This team ladder league is designed to be slightly more competitive but just as fun. Our individual ladder league will cost $50 to register. However, we also have a “substitute” registration option that costs just $15. Substitutes are not guaranteed games each week and will be available on a “as-needed” basis. Our team ladder league registration cost is $100 per team.
