Celebrating 25 Years of Membership in the Greater Elkhart Chamber of Commerce

Center for Hospice Care has been a part of the Elkhart community since 1997 when we served our first patient in the county. As we planted our roots in the area, we joined the Greater Elkhart Chamber of Commerce in 2000, making this our 25th anniversary as chamber members. In honor of this momentous occasion, we will be hosting a celebration at our Elkhart Campus (22579 Old US 20 E; Elkhart, IN 46515) on Wednesday, October 8 from 4:00pm – 6:00pm.

This serene, 11-acre campus opened in 2008, seven years after we opened our first office in Elkhart County. This celebration is an opportunity to welcome local business leaders in the area to our beautiful campus, as well as a chance to honor the past and share our vision for the future of compassionate care in Elkhart County.
