Crown Point Hosting Wine Fest Sept. 13

Wine Fest returns to Bulldog Park next Saturday, Sept. 13. 

Stroll the grounds of Bulldog Park, 183 S. West St., while sampling fine wines from Northwest Indiana and Southwest Michigan. 

The 21-and-older event features small bites from local restaurants, including, Battista’s, Bedarra Bar, Coppolillo’s, Mr. Cheezycakes and Provecho, and live entertainment from Frank Ruvoli and The Moods. 

General admission tickets are $59 and include a custom wine tumbler. VIP tickets are $99 and include VIP access one hour before gates open, a VIP tasting with premium wines, a VIP swag bag and food ticket. 

Gates open at 6 p.m. for general admission and 5 p.m. for VIP. 

Participating wineries include Cultured Urban Winery, Easley Winery and Round Barn Winery. Wines also will be available from a variety of vendors, including Carroll Wine; Calumet Breweries; Crown Brewing; Indiana Beverage; Johnson Brothers; Lake Liquors; Off Square Brewing; Region 5 Whiskey; and Southern Glazer’s Wine & Spirits. 

“Last year was our first year, and we had a really great turnout. Everybody was really excited and pleased with the wine selections,” said Special Events Director Diana Bosse. “We’re looking forward to another great Wine Fest under the pavilion at Bulldog Park.” For tickets and sponsorship information, visit crownpoint.info/winefest.
