Christopher Murphy receives Indiana Bankers Association’s top honor

Leaders in Banking Excellence award

1st Source Bank is pleased to announce that Christopher J. Murphy III, Executive Chairman of 1st Source Bank and 1st Source Corporation was recently recognized with the Leaders in Banking Excellence award, the Indiana Bankers Association’s (IBA) highest honor.

One of only four honorees for the Leaders in Banking Excellence award in 2025, each was identified for their impact on the community as well as on the banking industry in Indiana. Mr. Murphy’s name will be added to a permanent Wall of Excellence in the Association’s offices in Indianapolis alongside the 46 other honorees since the award’s inception in 2018.
