Open to YMCA members and the community, a Wellness Event will be held on October 16 from 6:30 to 10:00 am at the Portage Township YMCA!
St. Mary Medical Center will offer the following services:
- Discounted blood testing (cholesterol, diabetes, arthritis, kidney, cardiac, thyroid, female hormone levels, and more)
- Body Fat
- Bone Density
- Nutrition Advice and Exercise Plan
- BMI
- Flu Shots
Your Portage Township YMCA will also offer:
- Affordable memberships
- Affordable 12 week work out program that includes:
- a. workout plan to meet your individual needs
- b. BMI screenings and circumference measurements
- c. wellness coach
- Information on YMCA programming (preschool, sports, child care, and more)
